SMVC Wants New Members

The continued success of the choir depends upon a strong membership. There are currently around 60 singers and we usually have around 40-50 singing in concerts...but we still need more! Why not sample one or two of our weekly rehearsals to see what is involved ?

Benefits
As well as the satisfaction and pleasure derived from performing well, there are other benefits, such as social events and trips away singing. You will soon make new friends, and a warm welcome awaits prospective members.

Rehearsals
These are on Wednesdays, from 7.30 to 9.30pm, at “The Old School”, on the corner of Station Road and Lee Street in Uppermill, Saddleworth. Extra rehearsals are sometimes necessary, depending on concert commitments.
If you are unsure about joining you are warmly invited to attend some of the rehearsals without any commitment, to help you decide.
